Suggested Use
Take 2 - 6 capsules per day with or without food. Capsules may be opened and sprinkled into food or drink if desired.

Our independant test results have shown our powder to contain the following per 1/2 tsp (6 caps):
- Vitamin A: 900IU (100% RDI for adults)
- Vitamin B12: 7.2 mcg (300% RDI for adults)
- Folate: 57.6mcg (15% RDI for adults)
- Iron: 1.36 mg (approx same amount found in 50g beef)
- Copper: 0.68mg
- Glyphosate: Not detected
